Return Policy 


In case of a damaged courier, we have a 3-day return policy, which means you have 3 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at customer@addae-adia.com and send us a picture of the product and the invoice. Then we will guide you through return request placed and if your return is eligible, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues


Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchange Policy – 


Exchanges are allowed within 7 days from receiving the product. You can write to us with requests for exchange at customer@addae-adia.com. We will only exchange size in the same print or colour or a different colour or print in the same style. To be eligible for exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refund Policy

This cancellation policy outlines about how you can cancel or seek a refund for a product / service that you have purchased through the Platform. Under this policy:

  1. Cancellations will only be considered if the request is made 2 days of placing the order. However, cancellation request may not be entertained if the orders have been communicated to such sellers / merchant(s) listed on the Platform and they have initiated the process of shipping them, or the product is out for delivery. In such an even, you may choose to reject the product at the doorstep.
  2. In case of receipt of damaged or defective items, please report to our customer service team. The request would be entertained once the seller/ merchant listed on the Platform, has checked and determined the same at its own end. This should be reported within 2 days of receipt of products. In case you feel that the product received is not as shown on the site or as per your expectations, you must bring it to the notice of our customer service within 2 days of receiving the product. The customer service team after looking into your complaint will take an appropriate decision.
  3. In case of complaints regarding the products that come with a warranty from the manufacturers, please refer the issue to them.
  4. In case of any refunds approved by Addae Adia LLP , it will take 5 -7 days for the refund to he processed to you.
